目的对诱导白木香产生沉香的3株活性真菌的固体培养条件进行优化,为该类真菌的推广应用提供参考。方法采用真菌固体培养方法,对影响真菌生长的营养和培养条件等因子进行优化,实验结果采用单因素方差分析法。结果得到了培养3株活性真菌的最佳固体培养基配方,获得了真菌固体生长的最适温度、pH值、装料量、基质含水量和光照条件。结论在实验得到的最佳条件下,能够较快的培养出高质量的固体菌种;为3株活性真菌诱导白木香产生沉香的生产推广提供了菌种培养的优化条件。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the solid culture conditions of three active fungi that induce the incense of white wood incense and provide a reference for the popularization and application of the fungi. Methods Fungal solid culture methods were used to optimize the factors affecting the growth of fungi such as nutrition and culture conditions. The experimental results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results The optimum solid medium formula for culturing three active fungi was obtained. The optimal temperature, pH value, loading amount, substrate moisture content and illumination conditions were obtained. Conclusion Under the best experimental conditions, the high-quality solid strains can be cultivated rapidly. The optimum conditions for the culture of the strains are provided for the promotion of the production of agar with three active fungi.
