目的:评价云南省“降消”项目孕产期健康教育工作,分析存在的问题及原因,提出改进建议。方法:回顾2000～2007年项目产前检查、孕期自我保健、住院分娩和贫困救助健康教育情况,并从2005～2007年死亡的孕产妇死因分析中查找健康教育问题。结果:健康教育有明显效果,但发展不平衡;目标人群对服务指标和孕产妇死因的知识、意识和行为方面仍存在问题;管理方面存在认识态度不到位、指导力度不足、传播活动不深入、信息化建设滞后、健教材料供应不足、广电资源底数不清、保健服务健康教育力度不够等问题。结论:“降消”项目孕产期健康教育工作需强化技术指导,目标管理与包干到户相结合,大众传播与实施“精确传播”相结合,重视信息化建设,建立材料开发与供应的长效机制,开展孕产期健康教育高危管理风险评估化。
Objective: To evaluate the maternal and child health education in Yunnan Province and to analyze the existing problems and their causes, and to put forward the suggestions for improvement. Methods: The items of prenatal examination, self-care during pregnancy, hospital delivery and poor aid health education from 2000 to 2007 were retrospectively reviewed. Health education was also investigated from the analysis of maternal causes of death from 2005 to 2007. Results: Health education has obvious effect, but its development is unbalanced. There are still problems in knowledge, awareness and behavior of service target and maternal cause in target population. There are still some problems in management such as lack of awareness in management, insufficient guidance, Information construction lags behind, insufficient supply of health education materials, unclear base of radio and television resources, inadequate health education in health services and other issues. Conclusion: The project of health care during pregnancy and childbirth should strengthen the combination of technical guidance, target management and breadcrumb to household, mass communication and implementation of “accurate communication”, attach importance to information construction and establish material development And supply of long-term mechanism to carry out high risk management of maternal health education risk assessment.
