在中华民族灿烂的古文明史中,以山东半岛为其发祥地与聚居地的东夷人曾创造出了不同凡响的东夷文化。但是几千年来,在大一统思想的支配下,人们总认为黄河流域的古文明是围绕着黄帝族的发展壮大而单线发展起来的,而东夷人所聚居的“东辟(僻)之地”是野蛮落后的,东夷文化是在中原文化的影响下才发生发展起来的。因此,对东夷文化一直缺乏应有的了解与正视,对东夷人的历史地位及其贡献也缺乏公允的评价。
In the splendid history of ancient civilizations of the Chinese nation, Dongyi people, who took Shandong Peninsula as their cradle and habitat, have created extraordinary Dongyi culture. However, for thousands of years, under the control of the unification thought, people always think that the ancient civilizations in the Yellow River valley were developed around the development and expansion of the Yellow Emperor. However, the “East Pilgrim” Land "is barbarous and backward, Dongyi culture was developed under the influence of the Central Plains culture. Therefore, the Dongyi culture has always been the lack of understanding and confrontation, the Dongyi people’s historical status and its contribution to the lack of a fair evaluation.
