本文主要研究浮环密封装置中,浮环的振动特性,由于浮环受油膜力、库伦摩擦力等非线性力的作用,所以它是一个二自由度非线性振动系统,本文依据短轴承动力润滑理论导出油膜力分析表达式,并应用Treanor数值积分法,克服浮环运动微分方程严重“病态”问题,通过电子计算机计算,求出其中心运动轨迹并分析其相轨迹“突跳”现象,同时讨论浮环半速涡动及受迫振动中次谐波等问题.最后将计算结果与已有实验结果进行比较,基本是一致的.
In this paper, we mainly study the vibration characteristics of the floating ring in the floating ring seal. Because the floating ring is affected by the nonlinear force such as oil film force and Coulomb friction, it is a two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear vibration system. According to the short bearing dynamic lubrication The expression of oil film force was deduced theoretically and Treanor numerical integration method was used to overcome the serious “pathological” problem of the differential equation of floating-loop motion. Through computer calculation, the center locus of motion and its sudden jump were analyzed. Discusses some problems such as the half-speed whirl of the floating ring and the subharmonic of the forced vibration.At last, the calculation results are basically the same with the existing experimental results.
