[目的]建立尿中汞含量的直接测定方法。[方法]采用DMA80直接测汞仪测定尿中汞含量并与冷原子吸收法进行比较。[结果]该方法的线性范围为2.00~40.00μg/L,线性方程y=0.019x+0.006,r=0.9995,检出限为0.05ng,精密度试验相对标准偏差为2.2%~8.7%,加标回收率范围为97.5%~102.6%。[结论]该法与冷原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中汞含量结果相比较,差异无统计学意义。
[Objective] To establish a direct method for determination of mercury in urine. [Method] The mercury content in urine was measured by DMA80 direct mercury analyzer and compared with cold atomic absorption method. [Result] The linear range of this method was 2.00 ~ 40.00μg / L. The linear equation y = 0.019x + 0.006, r = 0.9995. The detection limit was 0.05ng. The relative standard deviation of precision test was 2.2% -8.7% The standard recovery ranged from 97.5% to 102.6%. [Conclusion] There was no significant difference between this method and the cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry in the determination of mercury in urine.
