患者男,21岁。三年前因外伤右膝关节疼痛,行走时加剧,稍后右膝关节活动障碍,疼痛不放射,多次拍片均未见骨折及其它骨病征象,以交叉韧带、付韧带及半月板损伤诊治,效果不佳。一年前洗澡时发现右膝关节内侧一固定包块,触痛明显,行走及生活不便,于1994年9月23日以右膝关节内侧神经鞘膜瘤住院。查体:一般情况可。右膝关节内侧平胫骨平台处有一3cm×1.5cm×1.5cm 包块,触痛,活动,与周围无粘连。右
