The converted area of London covers an area of 6.47 hectares. The railway is to the north, the commercial center to the east, and the original and newly built residential areas to the south and west respectively. Within this community, there are two almost parallel pedestrian streets, with apartments along the street and a green space in the center. The most north-facing apartment is seven stories high, extending from the eastern end to the western end, with no gaps in the middle, which plays a role in isolating the railway noise from the entire community. Its back wall is almost a solid wall. The window hole is small and double-glazed. A shock-proof liner is used on the foundation to prevent noise from disturbing the apartment itself. The apartment retreats in profile and each home has an open terrace. Sunshine can be seen on all three sides of the east, west and south. The apartment imitates the form of a townhouse, but the number of floors increases. Its first and second floors are a series of units for five families to live in. Each household has four bedrooms and branches are divided into two.
