生产兵团今年从农垦部调拔两万多公斤糖甜菜种子,在全疆各垦区农场试种,面积约两万多亩.为了扩大甜菜栽培面积,今年所栽培的甜菜,绝大多数将留作明年繁殖种子用.采种母根收获及时与否和母根贮藏的好坏,直接影响到第二年种子的质量.这里谨把母根收获舆贮藏的方法,以及有关技术操作的质量要求,分述如后,供各场参考.
