预防接种是把生物制品通过不同途径接种到健康人的身体内使人在不发病的情况下,产生相应的抗体,获得特异性免疫,达到预防疾病的目的。由于生物制品对于人体来说是异种物质,有极个别人在获得免疫保护的同时,会发生一些除正常反应以外的预防接种不良反应[1],也难免会发生个别导致儿童死亡的严重事件。我们就济南市历城区1例胸腺淋巴体质儿童接种疫苗引起死亡的情况进行分析,希望引起预防接种工作人员的高度重视。
Vaccination is the biological products through different ways inoculated into the body of healthy people so that people in the absence of the disease, the corresponding antibodies, access to specific immunity, to prevent the disease. Because biological products are foreign substances to the human body, there are very few people who have received immunization protection and some adverse reactions to vaccination other than normal reactions [1]. It is also inevitable that individual serious cases of child death will occur. We analyzed the case of death caused by vaccination of one thyroid lymphatic body constitutional children in Licheng District, Jinan City, hoping to arouse great attention of vaccination workers.
