Spring is a busy time for companies, with many recruiting new staff.This year, to stand out from the job market crowd, several companies are pushing for socalled “blind box recruitment.”They claim any given company\'s department of human resources (HR) can help select the most suitable posts for job applicants, allowing them to reach their full potential. If the positions applicants are interested in have already been filled, HR will deploy them to other job openings.
