应用RT-PCR技术检测假基因HMGA1L2在50例良、恶性甲状腺病变中HMGA1L2 mRNA的表达。结果显示HMGA1L2 mRNA在12例结节性甲状腺肿、9例甲状腺腺瘤和15例甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率均为100%,而在14例甲状腺滤泡癌中的阳性率为35.7%,与前3者差异有显著性。该研究首次报告了假基因HMGA1L2 mRNA在良、恶性甲状腺病变中的表达,并且提示其在甲状腺滤泡癌与腺瘤的鉴别诊断中具有潜在的价值。
The expression of HMGA1L2 mRNA in 50 cases of benign and malignant thyroid lesions was detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that the positive expression rate of HMGA1L2 mRNA was 100% in 12 cases of nodular goiter, 9 cases of thyroid adenoma and 15 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, while the positive rate was 35 cases in 14 cases of thyroid follicular carcinoma. 7%, with the first three differences were significant. This study reports for the first time the expression of the fake gene HMGA1L2 mRNA in benign and malignant thyroid lesions and suggests its potential value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid follicular carcinoma and adenoma.
