特级教师高万祥曾说:“孩子心灵中有一个最隐蔽的角落,这就是自尊心。表扬鼓励是一种最好的隐性评价,也是培养自尊最好的阳光雨露。”新课程改革实施以来,思想品德课堂充斥着激励性评价,教师“慷慨地”赏识学生,学生沉浸在表扬之中。然而,过多的激励性评价,不仅不能对学生产生积极的引导,反而可能助长学生浅尝辄止的态度,养成习惯于被肯定、被激励的定式思维。因此,在对学生进行激励性评价的同时,否定性评价也是必不可少的。巧妙、艺术的否定性评价,不仅能保护学生的学习积极性和自信心,还可以引导学生对学习活动作出适时调节,以达到修正错误的目的。
