新课程理念与传统教学理念对比,具有革命性的转变。理念是行动的向导,但全新理念的有效落实却需要行为角色的转换。因此,语文教师在新课程理念下如何迅速转换角色、适应新课程就成为了一个不容忽视的重要问题。在新课程的语文课堂上,教师应把自己的角色定位在“平等首席”、参与者、组织者及教学过程的分享者上。
The new curriculum concept compared with the traditional teaching philosophy, with a revolutionary change. Philosophy is the guide to action, but the effective implementation of the new concept requires the conversion of the role of behavior. Therefore, how to quickly change roles of Chinese teachers under the new curriculum concept and adapt to the new curriculum has become an important issue that can not be ignored. In the language class of the new curriculum, teachers should position their roles on “Equal Principal”, participants, organizers, and sharers in the teaching process.
