目的探讨原子荧光光谱法测量净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷汞含量的检测方法。方法将聚合氯化铝用10mL(1+1)硫酸溶解,蒸至近干,用5%盐酸溶解,以原子荧光光谱测定。结果砷在浓度0~25.0μg/L,汞在浓度0~5.0μg/L时有良好的线性关系,砷,汞的最低检测限,分别为0.08μg/L和0.07μg/L,回归系数r均大于0.9995,样品加标回收率砷为94.4%~100.2%,汞为97.5%~100.0%,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%和2.5%。结论本方法操作简便,干扰少,结果准确,适用于净水剂聚合氯化铝中砷,汞含量的检测。
Objective To explore a method for the determination of arsenic and mercury in polyaluminum chloride (PAC) by using atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Polyaluminum chloride was dissolved in 10 mL sulfuric acid (1 mL), evaporated to near dryness, dissolved in 5% hydrochloric acid, and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The arsenic concentration was 0-25.0μg / L, and the concentration of mercury was 0-5.0μg / L. The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.08μg / L and 0.07μg / L respectively. The regression coefficients r The average recoveries were 94.4% -100.2% for arsenic and 97.5% -100.0% for mercury with relative standard deviations of 1.4% and 2.5%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, less interference and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of arsenic and mercury in water-purifying polyaluminum chloride.
