在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,公共图书馆事业面临新的挑战。如何研究市场、服务市场,在市场经济中找到自己合适的位置,抓住机遇,奋力拼搏,发展自己的事业,成为公共图书馆必须着力解决的问题。近些年来,我国图书馆界蓬勃兴起的特色服务,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,是公共图书馆走出困境的较好办法。笔者就我馆以收集、整理、开发、利用地方文献为主开展的特色服务,作一些探讨和研究。
Under the new situation of establishing the socialist market economic system, the public library undertakes new challenges. How to study the market and serve the market, find their proper place in the market economy, seize the opportunity, work hard and develop their own businesses has become a problem that public libraries must make efforts to solve. In recent years, the booming and distinctive services of our library industry have achieved good social and economic benefits, which is a good way for public libraries to get out of their predicament. I on my museum to collect, organize, develop, use of local literature mainly to carry out the special services for some discussion and research.
