目前我国多数企业尚处于岗位责任制管理阶段,只有少数企业才进入精细化管理阶段,在企业管理方面,往往习惯于粗放式或者定性的管理,为此要浪费很多原本可以创造更多价值的时间与资源。为探讨国有企业精细化管理的手段,本文从用工理念、制度建设、领导先行、绩效考核四个方面进行了阐述,为国有企业实施精细化管理提供了参考。
At present, most enterprises in our country are still in the post responsibility management stage, and only a few enterprises have entered the fine management stage. In the aspect of enterprise management, they are often accustomed to extensive or qualitative management, so they have to waste a lot of time that could create more value And resources. In order to discuss the means of meticulous management of state-owned enterprises, this paper elaborates from the aspects of employment concept, system construction, leading and performance appraisal, and provides a reference for the implementation of meticulous management of state-owned enterprises.
