自我效能属于一个可以对行为产生影响的主体性因素。在大学生体育教学中使用自我效能可以创造出一个良好的学习环境,促进大学生的健康成长。基于此本文对体育教育对大学生自我效能的调节和影响进行探讨。
Self-efficacy belongs to a subjective factor that can influence behavior. Using self-efficacy in college students’ physical education can create a good learning environment and promote the healthy growth of college students. Based on this article, this paper discusses the regulation and influence of physical education on college students’ self-efficacy.
