1 概况 公安部物证鉴定中心(以下简称中心)是1996年经公安部党委研究决定、中央编委批准在公安部第二研究所的基础上成立的。中心的工作主要包括技术鉴定、科研、技术培训和技术开发四个方面。物证鉴定是中心的重点工作,科学研究是刑事技术鉴定的基础,而人才更是实现科技强警的基本保证。目前,中心共有在职技术人员322名,其中正副研究员及相应高级技术人员93名,21名在学术上卓有建树的专家享受政府颁发的特殊津贴。
1 Overview The Physical Evidence Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was decided by the party committee of the Ministry of Public Security in 1996 and approved by the Central Editorial Board on the basis of the Second Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. The center’s work includes technical appraisal, scientific research, technical training and technical development in four areas. Identification of physical evidence is the focus of the work, scientific research is the basis of criminal identification, and talent is the basic guarantee for the realization of the strong police science and technology. Currently, the center has a total of 322 technicians in service, including 93 associate professor and associate senior technicians and 21 specialists with academic accomplishment, enjoy special allowances granted by the government.
