目的:观察精葚果颗粒对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致2型糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法:采用高脂饲料诱导加腹腔注射STZ的方法建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。按血糖随机分为模型对照组、精葚果颗粒低(L,1.0 g.kg-1),高剂量组(H,3.0 g.kg-1),盐酸二甲双胍组(0.3 g.kg-1)。各组均ig给药14 d。观察精葚果颗粒对2型糖尿病大鼠体重、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、血清胰岛素(Ins)的影响。结果:精葚果颗粒低、高剂量组均能明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠的FBG,给药14 d后较模型对照组FBG明显下降(P<0.05);TC及TG均显著降低(P<0.05)HDL-C及Ins的含量升高(P<0.05)。精葚果高剂量组的降糖效果优于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:精葚果颗粒可降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖、血脂,其作用机制可能与增加胰岛素敏感性、改善脂质代谢有关。
Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effect of Jingjinguo granule on type 2 diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ). Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by intraperitoneal injection of high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The mice were randomly divided into three groups according to their blood glucose: model group, low-dose (0.1g.kg-1) of high-dose Jingzhi granule, high dose group (3.0g.kg- . Each group was administered ig for 14 days. To observe the effects of Jingjinguo granule on body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and serum insulin in type 2 diabetic rats. Results: The FBG of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats were significantly lower than those of the model control group after 14 d of administration (P <0.05), and the levels of TC and TG were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the content of HDL-C and Ins increased (P <0.05). The hypoglycemic effects of the high-dose Jingjinguo group were better than those of the low-dose group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jingjinguo granules can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. The mechanism may be related to increasing insulin sensitivity and improving lipid metabolism.
