为了认真贯彻实施国务院颁布的《土地复垦规定》,搞好冶金矿山土地复垦工作,我们在武钢大冶铁矿召开这次冶金矿山土地复垦工作经验交流会议。会议主要有三个议题:一是通过学习《土地复垦规定》和有关文件,进一步提高对土地复垦重要意义的认识;二是总结交流以往冶金矿山土地复垦的先进经验,表彰先进单位;三是讨论修订《冶金矿山企业士地复垦规定实施办法》,并提出冶金矿山“八五”期间土地复垦的规划目标。国家土地管理局对我们这次会议很重视,发来了贺信。
In order to conscientiously implement the “Regulations on Land Reclamation” promulgated by the State Council and do a good job in the land reclamation of the metallurgical mines, we held the exchange meeting on the reclamation work experience of the metallurgical mines at Daye Iron Mine in WISCO. The meeting mainly has three topics: First, to further understand the significance of land reclamation by studying the “Regulations on Land Reclamation” and related documents; secondly, to summarize and exchange advanced experience in past land reclamation of metallurgical mines in recognition of advanced units; It is to discuss and amend the Measures for the Implementation of Land Reclamation Regulations for Metallurgical and Mining Enterprises and propose the planning objectives of land reclamation during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period of the metallurgical mines. The State Land Administration attached great importance to our meeting and sent a congratulation letter.
