当前,我国已进入“大众创业,万众创新”的众创时代,而艺术类大学生实践能力较强、敢于创新、善于运用创造性思维。对此,高校教育者要因材施教,以讲促创业知识的学习、以练促实践技能的提升、以赛促专业成果的转化,构建讲练融合的艺术类大学生创新创业教育模式,切实提高艺术类大学生创新创业能力,从而以创新引领创业,以创业带动就业,推动高校艺术类毕业生高质量创业就业。
