据报道,In(Lu)基因不仅抑制Lutheran系统抗原的表达,还抑制数种红细胞血型抗原,其中包括高频的Knops系统抗原。现知补体受体Ⅰ(CR1)携带Knops系统抗原,在红细胞上表达呈多态性,作者对IN(Lu)在Knops系统抗原表达中的作用进行了研究。研究设计与方法:对9例表型为Lu(a-b-)的供者血标本分别检测Lu(b)、Kn(a)、McC(a)、Sl(a)、和Yk(a)表型,同时还检测了Lu(a)、P1和AnWj。用免疫印迹法研究CR1和Lu糖蛋白、酶联免疫吸附试验定量分析CR1的表达、Southern Blot检测CR1的高表达(H)和低表达(L)等位基因。结果:9例供者Lu(b)只有用吸收放散试验才全部检出,而高频的Knops系统抗原
It has been reported that In (Lu) gene not only inhibits the expression of Lutheran system antigens, but also inhibits several erythrocyte blood group antigens, including high-frequency Knops system antigens. Known complement receptor I (CR1) carrying Knops system antigen, the expression of polymorphisms in erythrocytes, IN (Lu) in Knops system antigen expression was studied. Study design and methods: Lu (b), Kn (a), McC (a), Sl (a), and Yk (a) phenotypes were examined in 9 patients with Lu (ab- , Lu (a), P1 and AnWj were also tested. The CR1 and Lu glycoproteins were studied by Western blotting. The expression of CR1 was quantitatively analyzed by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). High and low expression of CR1 (L) and allele were detected by Southern Blot.
