The study examines the changes of Taiwanese media after entering the trend of the consortium management from Foucault’s Perspectives and Panorama. Media workers in the harsh media environment, the role of journalism cognitive anxiety, at the same time trying to defend the autonomy of journalistic professionals to carry out the right to edit the right movement. However, the market-oriented operation of the media has made the media excessively dependent on capital. The editorial rights movement under the capital discipline shows a new feature: media workers are intrinsically resisting the intervention of managers, but in the face of the real external environment and the pressures of the boss and the executive within the media, there are not many cases in which they can actively use their subjective initiative. Revolt is less common in the media. Journalists leaving the media, on the other hand, have a strong sense of resistance to safeguarding their rights. The living environment of the Taiwanese media reflects that media operations must rely on the strong capital of the consortium. After realizing the enterprise management, the owner of media should respect the autonomy of journalism profession and need to be restricted in three aspects: self-discipline, legal discipline and law.
