随着我国社会经济的发展,人们生活方式有了很大改善,体育运动逐渐得到了普及。近年来我国很多高校都相继开设了游泳训练课,但是由于经验不足,部分游泳教师制定的训练技术比较重,导致很多学生在游泳训练中得不到相应的恢复。疲劳恢复是游泳训练中的重要组成部分,人们在训练中逐步认识到了恢复的重要性,只有疲劳恢复好后,才有助于接下来的训练,并不断提升运动成绩。基于此本文主要介绍了游泳教学训练中的恢复手段,旨在帮助学生在训练中更好得到恢复。
With the social and economic development in our country, people’s lifestyle has been greatly improved, and sports have gradually gained popularity. In recent years, many colleges and universities in our country have successively set up swimming training courses. However, due to lack of experience, some swimming teachers make heavier training techniques, resulting in many students failing to recover their swimming training. Fatigue recovery is an important part of swimming training. People gradually recognize the importance of recovery in training. Only after the fatigue recovery is good can they help the following training and improve their performance. Based on this, this paper introduces the swimming teaching training in recovery methods designed to help students get better recovery in training.
