用ＤＮＡ荧光定量测定法对正常中国仓鼠卵巢细胞（ＣＨＯ细胞）和用１Ｍ苯处理的ＣＨＯ细胞进行细胞ＤＮＡ定量分析。结果显示，正常ＣＨＯ细胞ＤＮＡ含量为４．８２±０．３４和４．７９±０．３７ｐｇＤＮＡ／个细胞，１Ｍ 苯处理的ＣＨＯ细胞为８．６７±１．８４ｐｇＤＮＡ／个细胞。差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Normal Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO cells) and CHO cells treated with 1 M benzene were subjected to DNA quantitative analysis using DNA fluorescence quantification. The results showed that the DNA content of normal CHO cells was 4.82 ± 0.34 and 4.79 ± 0.37 pg DNA per cell, and that of 1 M benzene-treated CHO cells was 8.67 ± 1.84 pgDNA per cell. The difference was highly significant (P <0.01).
