用DNA荧光定量测定法对正常中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO细胞)和用1M苯处理的CHO细胞进行细胞DNA定量分析。结果显示,正常CHO细胞DNA含量为4.82±0.34和4.79±0.37pgDNA/个细胞,1M 苯处理的CHO细胞为8.67±1.84pgDNA/个细胞。差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。
Normal Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO cells) and CHO cells treated with 1 M benzene were subjected to DNA quantitative analysis using DNA fluorescence quantification. The results showed that the DNA content of normal CHO cells was 4.82 ± 0.34 and 4.79 ± 0.37 pg DNA per cell, and that of 1 M benzene-treated CHO cells was 8.67 ± 1.84 pgDNA per cell. The difference was highly significant (P <0.01).
