1基本案情原告余某为渔业养殖户,诉称2007年8月2日,因暴风雨导致其承包鱼塘停电23小时,使增氧泵无法工作,造成其10万斤成鱼及鱼苗死亡,要求供电公司赔偿其经济损失51万元。接到诉状后,供电公司立即展开调查,了解到,原告在该乡承包鱼塘,安装增氧泵的鱼塘约8个,水面约100亩,使用增氧泵12个,采用三相供电。另查,供电公司未与其签订书面的《低压供用电合同》。
1 Basic case The plaintiff Yu Mou was a fish farmer who claimed that on August 2, 2007, a power failure of the contracted fish pond resulted in a 23-hour power outage due to the storm so that the aeration pump could not work, resulting in the death of 100,000 kg of adult fish and fry.
