21世纪以来,一个国家或地区的竞争优势很大程度上开始取决于其文化的厚度,所能承载和吸收新文化的能力,以及在此之上的创造力。艺术,作为社会文化最重要的环节之一,早已不再是专属于某一个社会阶级的玩物或者被局限于一定层次人群的欣赏能力范围之内。当代艺术在公众生活、社会整体经济文化的变迁中生存、进化。它源于一个地区的社会文化,用自身的创造力表达它,修订它,从而再得到不断地新形式的再创造。
Since the 21st century, the competitive advantages of a country or region have largely come to depend on the thickness of its culture, its ability to carry and absorb new cultures, and its creativity. Art, as one of the most important aspects of social culture, is no longer just a plaything belonging to one social class or is limited to the enjoyment ability of a certain level of people. Contemporary art lives and evolves in the changes of public life and the overall economic and cultural society. It originates from the social culture of a region, expresses it with its own creativity, revises it, and re-receives new forms of continuous re-creation.
