目的应用超声骨密度仪CM-200测定3~12个月儿童的超声骨密度现状,为预防儿童骨密度不足提供科学数据依据。方法收集2012年1月1日~12月31日在我院儿童保健门诊定期保健的3~12个月正常儿童3148人(男童1653人和女童1495人)为检测对象,测定受检者足跟部骨密度 SOS值,以 Z-SCORE值为评定标准。结果男女儿童组3~6个月Z值高于7~9个月组,7~9个月Z值高于10~12个月组。结论运用CM-200测定儿童SOS值,操作简便、测量时间短、安全、无创伤、无辐射,可客观评估儿童超声骨密度状况,为儿童骨密度不足的防治和健康指导提供依据。“,”Objective : application of ultrasound bone mineral density measurement of CM-200 3-12 months child ultrasonic bone density status, for the prevention of child bone density is insuf icient to provide scientific data.
