目的评价儿童回春颗粒治疗小儿感冒发热的疗效及安全性。方法以小儿金丹片作对照,采用随机对照试验治疗小儿感冒发热228例,其中试验组118例,对照组110例。儿童回春颗粒,口服,2岁每次服1/2包,3～4岁每次服3/5包,5～7岁服1包/次,3次/d。小儿金丹片,口服,2岁每次服1片半,3～4岁每次服2片,5～7岁每次服2片半,3次/d。疗程均为3～7 d。结果试验组与对照组的总显效率和有效率分别为:79.66%与83.62%(P<0.05),94.91%与95.68%(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率分别为:0与6.89%。结论儿童回春颗粒治疗小儿感冒发热临床疗效确切,对高热惊厥配合镇静剂止惊效果好,患儿服用顺应性好,使用安全。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of children’s rejuvenation granules in the treatment of pediatric cold and fever. Methods Children with saxophone tablets as a control, a randomized controlled trial of 228 cases of pediatric cold and flu fever, of which 118 cases in the experimental group, the control group of 110 cases. Children rejuvenation particles, oral, 2 years old each serving 1/2 package, 3 to 4 years old service 3/5 package, 5 to 7 year-old service 1 package / time, 3 times / d. Pediatric saxophone tablets, orally, 2-year-old served one and a half, 3 to 4 years old serving two, 5 to 7-year-old serving each 2 and a half, 3 times / d. Treatment are 3 ~ 7 d. Results The total effective rate and effective rate of experimental group and control group were 79.66% and 83.62% (P <0.05), 94.91% and 95.68% respectively (P <0.05). The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were 0 and 6.89%. Conclusion Children Rejuvenation Granule treatment of pediatric cold fever clinical curative effect of febrile seizures with sedatives only shock good effect, children take good compliance, safe to use.
