我国正处于转变经济发展方式的关键时期。随着生产要素成本的快速增加,资源和环境压力加大,人口红利下降,经济增速进入缓行期,高投入、高能耗、低成本的增长模式不可持续。转变制造业发展方式的核心是从资源消耗型向要素集约利用型转变,从依靠扩大投资和规模扩张向依靠技术进步、创新和要素升级转变,培育新的竞争优势,用较少的资源消耗创造更多的价值,提高经济增长质量和要素利用效率。
Our country is in a crucial period of transforming the mode of economic development.
