随着四个现代化建设的进展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对住宅的使用面积的需求会愈来愈高。但是,国家现行的住宅面积标准估计要稳定在较长的时期,这就要求我们设计工作者想方设法,在现行的住宅面积标准内尽可能地组织和利用各种空间,为住户扩大使用面积。下面结合近年来的实践经验,对住宅内各种空间的组织和利用提出一些看法,以供参考(见图1～3)。
With the progress of the four modernizations and the continuous improvement of the people’s living standards, people’s demand for residential areas will increase. However, the country’s current standard of residential area is estimated to be stable for a relatively long period of time. This requires our designers to find ways to organize and use all kinds of space as far as possible within the current standard of residential area, so as to expand the area for households. The following combination of practical experience in recent years, put forward some views on the organization and use of various spaces in the residence, for reference (see Figure 1-3).
