目的尝试应用质量控制方法,把影响病案科正常工作和病案安全的因素与问题陷进行分析和针对性的管理,以提升病案管理水平。方法调取某区医院病案科实施质量控制一年来上报的问题381件为研究资料进行分析。结果问题发生原因集中在病案科、后勤部门、职能处室、信息科和临床科室。分析原因以检查检验报告单归档延迟最多,为156件,占40.94%;医师借阅超时46件,占12.07%。结论针对病案科的工作特点,应用质量控制的方法对各种问题进行质量控制,有助于发现病案管理中的漏洞和薄弱环节,切实提升管理水平。
Objective To try to apply quality control methods to analyze and manage the factors and problems that affect the normal work of the medical records department and the medical record security so as to enhance the management of medical records. Methods A total of 381 cases submitted for quality control of the department of medical records in a district hospital in one year were analyzed for the research data. Results The causes of the problems concentrated in the case record, logistics department, function room, information and clinical departments. Analysis of the reasons to check the inspection report filing delays up to 156, accounting for 40.94%; physician loan timeout 46, accounting for 12.07%. Conclusion According to the characteristics of the work of medical records department, the application of quality control methods to quality control of various problems helps to find out the loopholes and weak links in medical record management and enhance the management level effectively.
