肉毒中毒在我国许多省份不断发现,引起中毒食品主要为腊肠、火腿、罐头等,吃豆瓣酱、米乎乎也有发生。我部于1980年1月份发生吃自制豆瓣酱导致肉毒中毒11人。11例病人中女5例,男6例;最大年龄39岁,最小5岁。潜伏期最短7天,最长19天,平均13天。临床症状呕吐者2例,恶心11例,腹泻7例,腹胀2例,喉干10例,瞳孔散大、眼睑下垂11例。病人就诊时均以消化道症状为主,如恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻等,加之又是散在发病,且由于我们对本病认识不足,病史询问不详,故均按急性肠胃炎处理。1周后病人
