以六方BN和石墨粉为原料,通过机械球磨的方法制备出非晶BCN粉在1470K,1.33×10-3Pa的条件下,对非晶BCN进行烧结,获得了块状非晶BCN化合物.对其电导率测量的结果表明:在室温至560K范围内,它属于半导体,能降为0.11eV.在560—740K内,它属于半金属对非晶BCN的形成机理进行分析和讨论
Amorphous BCN powder was prepared by mechanical ball milling with hexagonal BN and graphite powder as raw materials. Amorphous BCN was sintered under the condition of 1470K and 1.33 × 10-3Pa to obtain bulk amorphous BCN compounds. The result of its conductivity measurement shows that it belongs to the semiconductor and can be reduced to 0.11 eV from room temperature to 560K. In the 560-740K, it belongs to the formation of semi-metallic amorphous BCN analysis and discussion
