通过机械球磨法制备了SiCP/Al复合材料,采用粒径分析研究了复合粉末的粒度变化以及最优化的球磨时间。对复合粉末进行压片烧结处理,研究了烧结温度和保温时间对复合材料物相、形貌与性能的影响。结果表明:该复合材料的性能受烧结温度与保温时间的影响显著,烧结温度过高或保温时间过长会使材料过烧,晶粒发生异常长大,使该复合材料的硬度、电阻率和气孔率降低;烧结工艺为550℃×2 h时,该复合材料的硬度、电阻率和气孔率最佳。
SiCP / Al composites were prepared by mechanical ball milling. Particle size analysis was used to study the particle size changes of composite powders and the optimized ball milling time. The composite powders were compressed and sintered, and the effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the phase, morphology and properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the properties of the composites are greatly affected by the sintering temperature and the holding time. If the sintering temperature is too high or the holding time is too long, the material will over-burn and the grains grow abnormally. The hardness, resistivity and The porosity decreases; when the sintering process is 550 ℃ × 2 h, the hardness, resistivity and porosity of the composites are the best.
