高职院校班级管理千头万绪,繁琐而复杂,是一门集科学与艺术于一体的工作,特别需要班主任利用柔性化的管理,体现管理的“匠心”。结合班级管理实践的若干案例,从教师“传道、授业、解惑”三个方面,来谈班主任教师要用“耐心”去观察和分析学生,要用“匠心”去教导学生,只有在班级管理实践中“匠心”巧用,才会取得润物无声、事半功倍的效果。
