未成年的发展关系教育的出路、社会的和谐及祖国的明天,因此,加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设,已成为关系上亿家庭切身利益的民心工程,关系到国家前途和民族命运的希望工程。在社会转型时期,如何更有效地做好未成年人的思想道德建设工作,笔者认为关键是要站在以人为本的高度,构建以做人底线教育、民族文化渗透教育和信仰教育为内容,以生活、情感体验为途径,以家庭为基础,以学校为主渠道,以社会为平台的具有中国特色的未成人思想道德建设体系。
