随着近些年来我国经济建设的飞速发展,建筑工程项目开始遍布于我国城市的各个角落。建筑工程施工项目由于其周期比较长,且需要耗费大量的人力物力,投资也比一般的工程项目大。所以,建筑工程施工项目的成本控制好坏与否直接关系到整个项目工程的成败。虽然我国的建筑行业在很大程度上取得了飞速的发展,但是从近几年的实践来看,还是存在了不少问题,尤其是建筑工程的成本控制问题。我们只有不断寻找和发现工程成本控制中出现的问题,并及时采取相应的措施,才能实现有效的成本控制与管理。本文就这一问题进行相应的分析与研究,希望对大家有所帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s economic construction in recent years, construction projects have started to spread all over the cities of our country. Construction projects due to its long cycle, and the need to spend a lot of manpower and resources, investment is larger than the average project. Therefore, the cost control of construction projects is directly related to the success or failure of the entire project. Although China’s construction industry has achieved rapid development to a large extent, but from the practice in recent years, there are still many problems, especially the construction cost control. Only by constantly looking for and discovering the problems that occur in the control of engineering costs and taking the appropriate measures in time will we be able to achieve effective cost control and management. This article carries on the corresponding analysis and the research to this question, hoping to be helpful to everybody.
