随机扩增多态性DNA (RAPD)是一种新的分子标记技术 利用RAPD标记对芥菜 (BrassicajunceaCoss .) 16个变种的遗传多样性进行了分析 从 60个 10bp随机引物中筛选出 2 7个有效引物 这 2 7个有效引物共扩增出 336条DNA带 ,其中 2 75条为多态性带 ,占总数的 81 85% 平均每个引物扩增出的DNA带数为 12 4 4 不同引物扩增出各自不同的DNA指纹图谱 ,大部分图谱均有特征或特征带型 芥菜的RAPD多态性百分率和平均每个引物扩增的DNA带数均明显高于已研究的其它物种 ,这就是芥菜具有丰富遗传多样性的分子基础
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) is a new molecular marker technique. The genetic diversity of 16 varieties of Brassica juncea (Coss.) Brassica juncea was analyzed by RAPD markers.
