历史这幅色彩斑斓的画卷是由无数人物的活动凝聚而成的,任何纷繁复杂的事件都离不开人的实践活动,因此,可以说人物研究是打开历史大门的钥匙。党史人物研究是党史不可缺少的组成部分,尤其是领袖人物对党的历史产生的影响更大,往往可以透过领袖人物的研究,揭示党电发展的规律。然而这也是一个重要、敏感而又十分艰难的研究课题。党史人物研究的水平在很大程度上反映着党史学科的前沿水平。
