2005年初,武汉楼市价格波动较小,楼盘价格调整幅度在100-200元之间,值得注意的是,均价4000元/平方米以上楼盘价格均出现了一定下调,而价格在2500-3000元/平方米的楼盘价格则有一定提升,据调查在一季度推出的楼盘中,70%楼盘价格在3000元/平方米以上,从一定程度上反映2005年年初高价楼盘的谨慎入市。
