目的研究亳州产白芷的品种与质量。方法按常规生药学方法进行来源、性状、显微鉴定,按照《中国药典》2005年版白芷项下方法进行薄层鉴别与含量测定,同时与川产白芷进行对比。结果详细描述了亳白芷的物种及其生药鉴别特征,并进行了初步的质量分析。结论所用方法可为亳白芷的的鉴别及资源开发利用提供了依据。
Objective To study the variety and quality of white peony produced in Zhangzhou. Methods According to the methods of routine pharmacognosy, the source, traits and microscopic identification were carried out. Thin layer identification and content determination were performed according to the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2005 edition. The results described in detail the species and their characteristics of crude drug identification of P. sinensis, and carried out preliminary quality analysis. Conclusion The method used can provide the basis for the identification and resource utilization of the scorpion scorpion.
