对控制棒驱动机构在地震工况下的落棒性能要求,国内未形成清楚的认识,而AP1000控制棒驱动机构抗震试验需要给出相应的验收准则。本文对国内相关法规和AP1000控制棒驱动机构执行安全功能的具体要求进行了研究,结合国内外已开展的同类试验的结果分析,提出AP1000控制棒驱动机构抗震试验的验收准则应与AP1000安全分析报告中对控制棒驱动机构的安全功能要求一致。室温无流量下控制棒驱动机构抗震试验的验收准则应为地震前与后的落棒时间不超过安全分析报告中确定的限值。
