原发性血小板减少性紫癜(简称ITP)是较常见的出血性疾病,近十多年来国内文献报道均以强的松加免疫抑制剂治疗。我科自1975至1980年5月应用中医中药、强的松、环磷酰胺(CTX)或长春新碱(VCR)治疗,取得了较好的效果,现将其中资料较为完整的20例临床疗效观察报道如下: 临床资料一、一般资料:本组20例中男性8例,女性12例;年龄最小15岁,最大38岁,20～35岁者14例,占70％;急性型4例,慢性型16例。二、诊断依据:(1)有较典型的出血症状,无其他原发病史,故能排除继发性血小板
