目的掌握唐山市碘盐普及状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据,方法以县(市、区)为单位,按照《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》的要求采集居民家中的食用盐样,现场先进行半定量检测,再进行实验室定量测定。碘盐检测采用直接滴定法,川盐及其它强化食用盐采用仲裁法(GB/T 13025.7-1999)。结果唐山市14个县(市、区)碘盐监测覆盖率100.00%。共监测4 200户居民家中食用盐,经人口加权,全市碘盐覆盖率为97.92%、碘盐合格率为94.96%、合格碘盐食用率为92.97%,14个县(市、区)的碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均大于90%;2013年盐碘中位数为24.53 mg/kg,与2012年(26.70 mg/kg)、2011年(28.60 mg/kg)相比明显降低。结论唐山市已达到“十二五”全国碘缺乏病防治目标的要求,但仍应继续加强碘盐监测和加大碘缺乏病宣传教育力度,建议盐业部门加大打击私盐力度。
Objective To grasp the popularization of iodized salt in Tangshan City and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Population coverage showed that the coverage rate of iodized salt in the city was 97.92%, that of iodized salt was 94.96%, and that of qualified iodized salt was 92.97%.
