报告１２例脑肿瘤超选择动脉化疗并发症患者，其中２例出现眼部刺激症状，６例出现神经功能障碍（１例引发脑梗塞），１２例患者均出现头疼、恶心与呕吐。脑动脉选择插管由于微导管口位于眼动脉开口以上，故眼部刺激症状较颈内动脉灌注显著减少，微导管应用又易使导管插入脑动脉末梢支，反复插管引起机械刺激，从而使血管痉挛、闭塞而引发神经功能障碍，使其成为超选择动脉内插管最严重的并发症。并同时探讨了并发症的预防措施。
