本研究探讨了贵阳市中学教师政治信任现状,并通过绘制政治信任心理地图,了解少数民族中学教师和汉族中学教师政治信任的特点。研究采用整群抽样的方法,以贵阳市292名中学教师为被试,用政治信任问卷进行调查。结果发现,贵阳市中学教师政治信任现状良好。实施维度对少数民族中学教师政治信任影响较大,政策维度对汉族中学教师政治信任影响较大。
This study explores the status quo of political trust in middle school teachers in Guiyang and draws a map of political trust psychology to understand the characteristics of political trust among minority ethnic middle school teachers and Han middle school teachers. A cluster sampling method was used in this study. 292 middle school teachers in Guiyang City were used as subjects to conduct a survey using the questionnaire of political trust. The results showed that the political trust of secondary school teachers in Guiyang is in good condition. The implementation dimension has a great influence on the political trust of minority middle school teachers, and the policy dimension has a great influence on the political trust of Han middle school teachers.
