以收集引进的11个不同灵芝菌株为试材,比较了11个灵芝菌株的生物学效率、菌盖颜色和大小、菌柄长度和粗细等生物学特性,以期为冀中南地区筛选出综合性状优良的生产灵芝菌株。结果表明:11个供试菌株中,“日本赤灵芝”“川芝4号”芝片大、菌盖厚实,生物转化率高;“美芝”抗杂性好,潮次多,出粉率高;“南韩3号”原基形成时间早,出芝整齐,出芝潮次较多,芝片大小适中,可用于制作盆景;以上4个品种均为较适宜冀中南地区栽培的优良品种。
