一、我国反倾销调查 涉及的机构 根据中国《反倾销条例》的规定,我国负责反倾销事务的机关主要有:对外贸易经济合作部、国家经济贸易委员会、海关总署、国务院关税税则委员会。在涉及农产品的反倾销案例中,农业部也是负责反倾销事务的机关之一。 外经贸部主要负责倾销及倾销幅度的调查,国家经贸委主要负责损害及损害程度的调查,海关总署是我国反倾销措施的具体执行机关。国务院关税税则委员会负责根据外贸部的建议作出征收临时反倾销税和最终反倾销税等与“税”有关的决定。
