根据美洲型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)基因组特点,设计3对特异性引物,建立RT-PCR组合鉴别诊断方法。方法可鉴别诊断美洲型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒经典毒株(Am-LP-PRRSV)、高致病性NSP2基因缺失变异毒株(Am-HP-PRRSV)野毒及TJM-F92疫苗毒、JXA1-R疫苗毒。临床检测2012-2016年梧州市屠宰猪样品1 624份,发现PRRSV 4种毒株总体携带率为0.74%,其中Am-HP-PRRSV野毒占58.33%,Am-LP-PRRSV占8.33%,TJM-F92疫苗毒和JXA1-R疫苗毒各占16.67%。研究表明,具有高致病性缺失特征的变异野毒是PRRSV优势流行毒株,疫苗毒也占有相当高的比率,开展鉴别诊断非常重要。
According to the characteristics of the American Type Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) genome, three pairs of specific primers were designed and the differential diagnosis method of RT-PCR was established.
